For healthcare professionals

How can my practice get involved in PARC?

August 2026- We are no longer recruiting new practices to act as participant identification centres (PICs).

What does acting as a Participant Identification Centre involve for PARC?

Your role will involve identifying eligible participants by performing searches 3-monthly for 12 months.

You will send invites to families via email, text message, or letter.

Once participants have consented, you will provide data from their primary care records.

Where do I get study documents?

Copies of all study documents will be sent to you electronically following expression of interest. A copy of the study protocol is available on request. Further information about the PARC trial can be found on the ISRCTN registry here.
